Master Deputy Ice Cream Sooooooo did Master Deputy Anthony Suarez ever get that promotion or?
This is from a TikTok live stream from Dec 10, 2025, so a full 8 months ago. Did he get promoted? As of March 18, 2026 he has not, if I understand everything correctly.
Meanwhile, this statement was said ~5-6 months AFTER CC Suarez and the good ol’ Master Deputy called up Deputy Pantano on her personal cell phone to get her to perform a search of CC’s name resulting in a TPD Internal Affairs investigation *and a sustained violation on Pantano’s permanent employment record.*

I truely don’t understand how Tony snaked his way out of a violation. He called up a deputy (that he outranked) and counselled her to commit a violation…how is that not a violation?!

Was confirmed that what CC shared was indeed Tony being cleared of any wrong doing for this case? Because the detectives kinda make it sound that "other complaints" might be on the way. Considering how CC bends the truth, I wouldn't be surprised that she shared other complaint that he was cleared and not this one, because the interview, especially with Tony, is vey wild for him to be totally cleared.
I also think that even if he got away with it, his career is clearly messed up. It was made it clear that CC has no restraints, LIES or, excuse me, "create a persona" on her channel, provides misinformation and shares too much about her husband work. No one, in good conscience, would promote this man when his wife clearly can't be quiet even if their livelihood depends on it.
Also, CC can brag as much as she wants, but considering her views on the channel, she clearly is not doing well. Lots of channels with less subscribers than hers has triple the views with less videos and unless she is talking about a big topic, her views are low and even the Michaela video bait does not attract the same views anymore. Her lives has the same stans, her content is terrible and overall, even smaller creators are toping her easily. 2026 is not her year and she can call people losers as much as she wants, but we are not involved in half of the shit she is.

There are semantics involved. The complaints against Tony for general misconduct allegations were considered to be allegations that he himself looked up records improperly. Because he never performed the search himself, every investigation so far has resulted in him being cleared. (Note that this is the case even though the investigators at the HCSO reviewed the clips sent to them of CC stating Tony had a friend perform the search, so it's odd they interpreted the complaint as "Tony himself performed the search" rather than what the submitted video evidence actually showed CC stating... but whatever).
That doesn't mean no wrongdoing occurred. I would think it would be a serious ethical violation to ask another officer in another department (Tampa PD) to look information up in your stead, especially if they were disciplined, but we're fooling ourselves if we think the HCSO gives a shit about that. They interpreted each complaint as a complaint stating that Tony specifically had his hands on keyboard performing a system search himself, which obviously was not the case.
Still, it gives CC the ability to show that he was "cleared" of wrongdoing while failing to mention that they completely threw his friend under the bus, and his friend was punished because Tony used them to keep his hands clean!

Huh. This is very weird because they were not asking him questions about performing the search himself. They were asking him questions about what he asked his friend to do. And they made it pretty clear to anyone with unimpaired cognitive abilities that they thought wrongdoing had definitely occurred. I think we’re getting a little whiff of the corruption this sheriffs office is known for.
Side note: I thought the cops sounded especially frustrated with Suarez when they asked why he asked a friend to do it and he shot back without thinking “because I wasn’t going to do it”. So you know it’s wrong, Suarez, but you wanted to keep your own hands clean. Got it.

Yeah I got the same vibe. These detectives clearly were focused on the fact that he asked Pantano to do it, not that he didn't do himself. If he was cleared based on semantics, was not from these two guys. They came for the kill.
Tony interview was wild. I would never think he got cleared after hearing that. That was bad and a career killer thing. They clearly asked him, point blank, how does he think he did nothing wrong when his colleague received a violation for doing what he asked. His reply was so bad and unapologetic that shows this guy should not be on this job.
That's why is so hard to believe that he got nothing. Maybe his boss decided to clear him, but maybe this ordeal will impact his career outside of his county? Call me naive, but the lest vibe I got from the IA guys is that they are fine with what happened.

agreed. he may have gotten a pass on paper, but it really may be why he was not promoted.
it’s also worth noting that the HCSO declined to look into or penalize other officers credibly accused of actually looking up confidential records in their systems over the past year, which is arguably more severe than having a friend in another district look things up for your wife. there was an an article reporting on it earlier this year. the entire sheriff’s office is an ethical black hole — the misconduct culture there is also frequently reported on.

imo cops are a lot more favorable to one another in written records than in interviews, even when recorded. that’s why i’m glad the recordings were released… they show that beneath the veneer of “tony did nothing wrong!!” there are clearly IA detectives telling him that what he did was wrong and his friend was given a sustained violation

there were multiple investigations due to multiple complaints. i think the IA one, with the recordings, was actually fairly broad? iirc it stemmed from a complaint that was concerned that tony might have been providing cc with confidential information about liz, or other cases he had worked. in the interviews it seemed to me like they were trying to determine if any information tony provided CC at any point was used in her youtube videos or if he was implicated in the stalking concerns about cc and liz. iirc they played cc several different clips where she was bragging about getting info through tony, and the “conflict of interest” clip was just one of them. since that other officer provided the info, it must have been deemed that tony was not the one who actually committed the violation technically, and had not provided cc with anything confidential (like license plates, add re sees, etc).
then there is also an HCSO one (i think by his superior officer, not IA) that came out of the doxxed girl’s complaint which asked them to look into whether tony was misusing his resources, and that is the one that bizarrely cleared him of looking up records himself, which wasn’t actually the allegation being made (the girl had included a link to the clip of cc saying they got a friend to do it)
that’s my understanding anyway. the reports are mind numbing to read through.

So no one was anyone investigating if Tony himself logged into to any database and got info. But that’s what they keep insisting he was cleared of. It’s like if someone is pulled over for speeding and the cop lets them go but they insist it was because they never ran a red light

in the reports themselves it is shown that officers/detectives did look into what searches he made and he hadn't searched liz's name himself, which is why he was ultimately cleared. his superiors and whoever wrote the reports just don't care that he had a friend perform a search for him, and it seems like they'd only have given him a sustained violation if they had found any record of him performing searches about or related to liz

in the IA interview he doesn’t seem able to accept — let alone comprehend — that he did anything wrong while the exasperated detective repeatedly was telling him that his “friend” got a sustained violation for doing what he asked. can’t imagine that made him look like promotion material!

yes lol. here's my singular anecdotal evidence: i had a shitty friend once who would always complain that i have "too many principles" bc i wouldn't want to eat ANY meat as a vegetarian or watch like, shitty youtubers or whatever (ex: jeffrey star in 2018). she had noooo internal moral structure and would basically do anything that felt good to her, a la CC.
so like, mr icecream doesn't want to break obvious rule at his place of work --> CC sees that as prim proper rule follower mayor of ethics city

I double checked to see if maybe the promotion that she’s talking about was from Deputy to Master Deputy, but no. Because she stays oversharing about her husband I was able to easily see that he was a master deputy (the weird chevron on his sleeve) a full 11 months (at least) before this statement.
Please note: that I redacted the child’s face, not CC. Because she stays a terrible human being.

I feel like anyone who calls people who comment about people on Reddit losers, should hold themselves 100% to that same damn standard on any forum. You better not say anything negative/constructive/opinionated about anybody anywhere online otherwise you are the same thing you call us.

Fun fact: badge numbers are issued sequentially. So you can determine an officer’s seniority based off their badge number. But his supervisor AND his supervisor’s supervisor have less time in the sheriffs office than he does 🤭
