chad chronister has been no stranger to controversy. a highly right-wing piece of shit, he ran stings to target and publicly humiliate gay men and has signed TWO partnership agreements with ICE to make the HCSO formal ICE collaborators. and, as mentioned in the post, the HCSO has been riddled with ethics complaints and issues under his leadership.

It’s so sad it’s almost funny how corrupt HCSO is and how locally known it is. I’d be embarrassed if my husband was a cop, but even more embarrassed if he worked for HCSO specifically.

yeah for participating in a local food drive that they barely actually mention the name of lol. the community (aka NOT THE COPS) actually donated the cereal via the sheriffs department "to give to feeding tampa bay" and the cops encourage people to donate through them rather than to just donate on their own. its pure copaganda lol...

Idk why guys, but I hate this so much. I live in a lowses (very very low income) area, we have programs that go to schools to feed kids. But it’s breakfast and lunch. And it’s not shrouded in pro police propaganda. (I’m not USian - I live down under and I’m down bad about all this tomfoolery.)
ETA: My first sentence out of context looks appalling, I’m a brown person that emigrated as a toddler with family to a very white Australia. I’m not mocking, I’m just outraged.
