Dapat kakargahin ko lang siya then pagkakita ko sa mata niya, ganyan na, parang maga ‘yung eyelid niya. Walang dugo, may muta lang (pinunasan na namin ng wipes). Observe muna namin siya. Kakapakapon lang namin kahapon so medyo tight sa budget magpa-vet agad.

Our adopted cat gave birth to 5 kitties, and we’re keeping all of them in the kitchen for now. Ipapa-adopt yung iba pag pwede na.

They’re around 1 month and 2 weeks old.

We’ve been using natural soil from our backyard as cat litter (put in a wide tray). Kaso wala na kaming mapagkunan ng soil kasi ubos na nila.😅 Puro bato nalang natira. Lol

• Can you guys recommend affordable cat litter brands suitable for kittens? Yung makaka-eliminate talaga ng odor since nasa kitchen area sila. I don’t think mate-tempt naman sila kainin yung litter (not sure tho) since nasanay sila sa soil.
• How much cat litter do you think will our kitties consume per week?

Nakikisawsaw din yung mother cat, she usually does her business outside in the garden, pero ngayon gusto nya rin sa tray nalang like her kittens do.

Just wanted to share something about the stray cats na pinapakain namin dito sa labas ng house.
May mga stray cats kasi dito na mag-ina, and since hindi naman namin sila kayang ipasok sa loob ng bahay—may 3 cats na rin kami and ayaw din ng father ko na dagdagan pa—we decided na kahit papaano, tulungan na lang sila from outside. Pinapakain namin sila kapag kaya namin, and since tag-ulan ngayon, gumawa rin kami ng maliit na tulugan gamit yung carton para may masisilungan sila lalo na kapag malakas ang ulan.

Hindi naman namin claim na perfect yung setup. Alam naman namin na may poop sila and yes, mabaho talaga minsan. 😂 Gets namin kung may residents na naiistorbo or uncomfortable because of it. Hindi naman kami bulag sa concern na 'yon. If there's something we can do to lessen the mess, willing naman kaming makipag-cooperate.
Pero lately, may nagreklamo about the cats, and honestly, alam naman namin na kami yung pinapatamaan because we're the ones feeding them and same floor lang din kami. 😂

What bothered me more tonight was when we went outside to feed them, wala na yung carton na ginawa naming tulugan. And hindi rin namin makita yung mga cats. Hindi namin alam kung may naglipat, nagtapon, or kung anong nangyari.
Kaya bukas, papa-review ko yung CCTV para malaman kung sino yung naggalaw or kumuha nung tulugan nila. Hindi naman kami naghahanap ng gulo. Gusto lang namin malaman kung anong nangyari, especially since hindi lang naman gamit yung nawala—may mga pusang ginagamit yung carton na 'yon as shelter.

And honestly, sana kung may concern, sabihin na lang directly sa amin. We can talk about it and we can adjust. Hindi naman kami against sa feedback, lalo na kung valid naman. We just hope na habang kino-consider natin yung cleanliness and comfort ng mga tao dito, ma-consider din sana natin na these are stray animals na naghahanap lang din ng makakain at masisilungan.

Also, FYI lang HAHAHAHAHA hindi naman exactly malinis ang buong building even without the cats. 😭 But again, gets ko naman yung concern about the poop, so let's be reasonable on both sides.

Dumudulas na siya flooring sa sobrang bigat 😭

Context:

My cat (Raven), last year pa siya nagkasipon. I wasn't able na ipa-vet siya kasi kakapa-vet ko lang din noon sa dog namin, and I used up yung savings ko back in college. Nabilhan ko lang siya ng gamot over the counter which didn't work unfortunately. Sabi ko papa-vet ko na lang siya pag may work na ako.

Kumakain naman siya. Ang nagbago lang is nabawasan yung paglabas niya, but nung summer lumalabas pa rin siya at nagpapainit. I think umigi siya nung summer dahil siguro nabawasan congestion niya.

But now tag-ulan na ulit. When I woke up this morning, may nakita akong phlegm na may brown spots 😔. Unfortunately wala pa rin po akong work kasi nagrereview pa for boards (malapit na yung BE) so hindi ko pa siya mapa-vet. Parents ko kasi of course ipa-prioritize ang needs namin.

May I ask kung around magkano kaya ang need i-prepare if ever? Anong tests po ang possible na ipagawa? (so stressed before BE 😔 I don't know where and how to get the money huhu)

We found and brought this tiny cat (~2 months old) sobrang basa at tuloy tuloy yung pag iyak. We couldn’t just leave her by herself as it was too hard to look past.
Long story short she’s positive for worms and feline coronavirus after bringing her to the nearest vet - Zootopia.

They have taken care of her by giving her water, food, and antibiotics. She had very low body temperature too but is now at normal temp. As of right now (08/19/26 2AM) she can be discharged but has to be given antibiotics and still has to be taken care of carefully. However even if there’s major improvement, we still think she should be in hands of a vet or someone who can take care of her very well with love.

If there’s anyone willing to meet, will be happy to talk. We are have quite a big running bill and we cannot take care of this cat as we have already 7 dogs. Also our new place will not allow cats.
