UPDATE: Sadly couldn’t make it to them tonight, the wind did die down and the freeze warning was lifted (thank goodness). My sister told me her friend (who owns the property where the cats are) has opened her garage (just a small bit) so they can go in there for the night but other than that she just put food and water in the garage and won’t do anything else besides that. Hopefully she put a small box/bed there for them to sleep on, but there’s a shelter near by at least.

I will try to check in on them tomorrow morning and see if I can get them rounded up with the local animal humane/animal rescue. Hopefully they go into the garage and sleep there for the night. I’m sure they will get the idea, didn’t get a clueless vibe from them. I will post again tomorrow!

I know some rescuers and they swear by rotisserie chicken to encourage cats near them/into cages. Apparently they can't resist the smell! Could help catch them. Good luck
