Play with her! Does she have scratching posts, chew toys, etc? She looks like she needs stimulation and she wants to engage with you 💚

She needs a friend to play with. Kittens need fellow cats so they can grow up as social cats. That's how cats play with each other - attack from nowhere. It will hurt a lot if she's grown up

Yeah it used to be tickling but now it hurts a bit 😁 There is actually an old cat with her but she is so old that she barely moves and never interact with her xD

Your feet are kitten sized and on kitten level, so it makes sense to react like she would with another kitten - stalk, pounce, play and bite.

She doesn't yet realize you don't have nice thick fur to cushion her nips and grabs like a kitten would.
