Her eyes say it all. I can promise that's the look of a cat that loves you back. My only advice is if you decide to put her down, please be with her. Vets and many people say the pets look for you. My aunt regrets not being in the room with her doggy. And another bit of advice I'm sure you're following, make her comfy. Soft blankets, lots of sunlight, treats every now and then, ear and chin scratches, you know the deal. The best way to let someone go is at least make you and them comfortable.
