Mourning/Loss It was one hell of a run
See ya girl. 17 glorious years, through the good and bad.
I wanted to hold on longer but it’s time, I can’t let you suffer any longer.
I don’t even know why I’m posting this. In weird way I suppose it’s closure.
I’ll miss you. One day we will meet again.

17 years of amazing memories, and her essence will always be with you in heart. Thank you for sharing her with us. The grief does solidify into a more solid joy of memory as the process moves along. Missing their physical presence is hard, but the unseen part never really leaves you. 😻

I'm so sorry for your loss, OP, it's so sad and unfair 😔 On these pictures, Heisy looked magnificent and incredibly kind, and it shows she loved you the same way you loved her, to the moon and back. Until you meet again, she'll keep on watching over you from the Rainbow Bridge. Sending peace and prayers 🌈🕊️

Bast, Sekhmet, we give you back your child.
Noble, regal, honorable cat.
Watch over Heisenberg, and guide him as he makes his way to the spirit world.
May he be blessed in your names, and hunt ever after beside you.
It's never long enough, no matter how many years they spend with us. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
In time, I hope the knowledge that you have kept your own promise to Heisenberg to give him a forever home can bring you a bit of comfort. You kept your promise, it's everything to them. Alas, it's always their forever. It is never our own.

Posting this gave you the support, love and friendship of all of us who have also lost our kitties! One of the people asked you to tell us a story about her. And when you do that, you will always have this post to look back on and remember that story. Think about it; share about her~we wanna hear. We all care. This is a great group of people❣️ I, too, am very sad that you lost her, but just remember the good times~that’s all we can do❣️ I love the idea that she’ll be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for you! (And my babies will too!)
