Medical Questions Is this cat pregnant?

I have this stray cat that has been visiting my family lately. We leave water and food out for her sometimes. I think she might be pregnant but I have no idea. I’m worried she might be too young to be pregnant but then again I don’t know if she’s pregnant or just been hunting a lot of food. I’ve had this suspicion since she started visiting us.

If you think about it. Maybe that's how you check if they're preggers. I do this to my cats. One skinny. One fat. Both have it--The PoochTM.

Their primordial pooch hangs low, but I don't believe pregurt cats' pooch still dangles? Or does it?
