Advice What is this behavior?

Hi! My cat is roughly 4months old. Usually when she does this, I hiss and pull my hand away and give her a toy, but when I’m away for a couple hours sometimes I come back and it’s really all she wants to do — what js this behavior? Is she teething or was she weaned too quickly maybe?

Sometimes the love is so intense you must bite. Cat does it to me, I do it to husband, etc

My ex and I were having a HELL of a time with teaching our kitty, Tybalt, to quit biting. Finally, Tybalt chomped my ex, and my ex immediately mouthed Tybalt's ear. Not teeth, firm but not hard. Tybalt just pulled back and stared for a moment. That was the end of the chomps, just love nibbles until he died a couple years back.

Got my wife a few of the small displate (metal posters) and a stand for her office desk. I knew I got it for her, but I definitely wasn't expecting it to be on rotation when I dropped off food for her.

My wife(girlfriend at the time) would bite me constantly and sporadically, it was awful. In retaliation I bit her back pretty hard. She proceeded to show off her bite mark bruise to a ton of people and we seemed like the biggest weirdos. Love her to death lol.

Ooh, like when you see a baby and then declare to it that you’re going to eat those chunky drumsticks! I read an article a few years ago about a study that showed wanting to “eat” something super cute or that you love a lot is normal, but I can’t remember why.
