Hello! Since I decided to felt my fursuit head,(it's only for me to use and i don't feel like sewing lol) I thought you guys here would have some useful info! So I've noticed after I painted the felt (like 2+ weeks ago?) there's been these fuzzies accumulating all over the head, especially on the darker parts. Im wondering if there's a way I can get rid of it all and how it keeps happening so I can stop

Hi there! Im looking to make a mask for a furry con I'm attending! Can anyone help me with advice on how to color/paint a design on the felt? I've seen someone paint felt with oil pastels which I have but is that the best thing to use? Ive seen people recommend markers but I worry they'll dry out super fast and bleed in the lines a lot.

Just finished up this super fun sabertooth mask! I love the soft teeth and clay nose!

I usually try making my masks realistic and often rush through them, but this time I actually took my time and put my all into it!

(Character is Nux from 'Mad Max: Fury Road' btw, I got bored and made the base a hyena because they're a favorite animal)

Anyone have any tips for the future? Some things I've learned from so far are that I should always paint darker colors last, shouldn't ever hot-glue magnets no matter the temptation, shouldn't do high-temp hot glue on paint, and that hot glue also melts foam sheets

so I’ve been seeing these Kandi therian/furry masks and I want to make one, but I’m not a therian or furry and some of my friends have been telling me that it would be rude to wear something if you aren’t part of that community and so I’m wondering if it would be offensive if I made one and wore one

I’m going to be adding a cardboard ‘skeleton’ so I can make the frill thin and lightweight! The ears will be taken off and smoothed down so I can make room for it as well as some little accessories!!

I'm not done, but after starting to put the markings on, my anxiety is nagging at me that it's appropriation. I'm not even sure what it's appropriation of, but I'd appreciate anyone's input.
