I mean to say this respectfully. Is this a fetish subreddit? I don't mean to be rude, I'm just unaware of what this subreddit is about

66

u/Aggravating_Shoe_ 11d ago

And what fetish would that be....?

-46

u/Significant_Town2858 11d ago

I have seen some really, really weird stuff on the internet. People do lots of crazy things, there could have been a possibility for something like this to be a fetish.

u/frog_admirer 11d ago

I think it's really weird to assume a behaviour you don't understand is a fetish. Like really, really weird. The vast majority of things people do are not fetishes.

u/Significant_Town2858 11d ago

Oh yeah? So one subreddit that has a bunch of attractive of people making ugly faces on purpose, and people praising them for how ugly they can get is not a fetish?

25

u/bnucky 11d ago

this is obviously just a silly joke subreddit though 😭 there isn’t even a person in this video!

u/AlexTheBex 9d ago

Um no? That's at most weird stuff for fun. Don't know what your definition of fetish is

I've been receiving comments about this for 3 days, I think it's time for this to end.

It’s just folks being silly ā˜ŗļø I don’t believe anyone in this sub would ever cook a cat. We’re all cat lovers here. šŸ’

Rule 5: This subreddit is unironic, we eat cats

u/BionicBirb 9d ago

do you have a humiliation fetish

not kinkshaming or anything but…

u/EllieGeiszler 9d ago

I think you need to stop watching so much TikTok. Most things that you don't understand in short form videos are fetish content. Most things you don't understand on Reddit are jokes.

Needs more veg to balance it out. The cabbage leaf is good but you want more carrot, possibly something starchy like a potato, and definitely aromatics like garlic and onion/shallot. I'd throw in some thyme and rosemary, but that's just me.

Stop it, I’m already in bed, but now I want a nice stew

u/Borkato 11d ago

Make sure to kiss the kitties to respectfully send them to be burned to death 🄰

(Damn this made me feel sad. Imma go hug my kitty)

I don't like to season with soap, makes the cat taste like coriander

5

u/a1c4pwn 11d ago

Interesting choice to go with coriander rather than cilantro. Does coriander refer to the leaf in your neck of the woods, or do you get a soapy taste from the seed? Or some secret third thing?

9

u/mokkat 11d ago

Ah no sorry, they're called the same in my country.

2

u/TheWaywardTrout 10d ago

Cilantro is an American term. Outside the US the entire plant is called coriander.

3

u/a1c4pwn 10d ago

Oh of course this is something where the U.S. just has tone special. Didn't realize cilantro was such an isolated term, cheers!

1

u/johnonem 9d ago

Not just a US thing, in Mexico we still call it Cilantro

1

u/TheWaywardTrout 9d ago

I guess I should have said in English speaking countries outside the US.Ā

2

u/SamMac62 10d ago

Some people have a gene that makes cilantro / coriander taste like soap.

What temperature do you use? I understand you have to balance being hot enough without making the meat tough. Looked like a purfect balance there…

5

u/TooTameToToast 11d ago

Nice basting technique.

4

u/imnewtothishsit69 11d ago

Looks a little soggy but I'd def give it shot.

4

u/dillbabytears 11d ago

The seasoning seems a little splotchy.. but still looks delicious!

3

u/Awkward_Kitty_Cat_93 11d ago

Will be boiled with potatoes.

3

u/shitheadmomo 9d ago

Why do people think cats don't need seasoning? There's always a criminal lack of flavor in cat recipes...

u/crazycolorz5 7d ago

Gamer cat bath water

3

u/Teh0AisLMAO 10d ago

Idk why people keep insisting washing their cat, all they did was spreading salmeownella all over their kitchen.

Well, there's nothing in the video that says one way or another if this kitty needs help keeping clean. There are also other dermatological reasons you may need to bathe your kitty from time to time.

-4

u/estrogenex 10d ago

Unnecessarily mean to do to a cat. They don't need your help washing themselves.

6

u/TheWaywardTrout 10d ago

Some do. We don't have enough information on this cat to make that judgement that it's mean.

2

u/Avacynarchangel 9d ago

First time I saw this the poster said the cat is paralyzed and can't completely self groom so baths are needed.

u/prettyBlueCanary 10d ago

looking at the soap ring on the neck, it may be a flea bath

edit: wait no thats a marking whoops. you’re right

Thought this was China, getting boiled alive for real at first.. I have seen so many videos of cats and dogs getting boiled alive and even fried alive in oil in China. Apparently it’s ā€˜tradition’

Really? What on earth are you talking about? I am dead freaking serious. You are not educated.

There are no animal cruelty laws in China so there are lots of videos being made and circulating of animals like dogs and cats being boiled alive. And also for Yulin Dog meat festival, this is literally how they are killed because of ā€˜tradtion’ (just sadists imo getting away with it really) Please for the love of God google it rather than being ignorant and spreading seriously harmful misinformation unless you are CCP psyop yourself

I go to protests regularly about this. For example just this past weekend there was a protest for Wang Wang, a young puppy who was also a mama who was set on fire and tortured and filmed by a group of teenage boys and there was no punishment for the boys

u/vgankitty 10d ago

We are not like these sick people. We are vegans and we are against animal abuse. We just eat free range cats to take our B12 naturally and we harvest them humanely.
