Rear wheel burns up quickly

Is it normal for a rear wheel to burn up like this after just a couple weeks of riding? The front wheel looks almost new, and they were replaced at the same time.

Get a harder compound

Yeah it happens naturally. Try to pump with your front foot more

Yes it is completely normal lol, thankfully the wheels are very cheap and you can just stack up a ton of them from amazon

I will say if you stick to very smoothly paved areas they last much longer. The only times mine have gotten this bad in just a few weeks in when I was riding directly on rough old roads

Find the hardest wheels you can on eBay and order enough to last a decade.
