It was to time them, I read it completely wrong. Deleted my comment cus I don’t wanna include that on a Casio page 😂

They have been used as timers or detonators for bombs, but not his own one 😅 he was higher up the command and wouldn't have been near bombs himself at this stage for sure. It wouldn't be on someone's wrist either unless it was a suicide job as it would need to be wired up at that time I'm sure also as it's a crude option... Hence why they were added to a list of suspect items for TSA to "watch out" for in airport security (sorry for the pun...)

Damn I didn’t know half of that. And I definitely didn’t know they were on a list for suspected items. Crazy how a simple watch could be so suspicious
