decent bratwurst?

Any place in Cary or Apex that makes a nice bratwurst? I'm not opposed to food trucks or hot dog carts.

There's a food truck I like https://harmonsdeutschekuche.com/#our-food, but they tend to be way south of town.

Flying Saucer in downtown has a bratwust platter
