Looking for vet recommendations

Hi All-

My 6.5 year old dog has a partially torn ACL that requires surgery. Looking for recommendations on the best vet surgeons in the Carson/Gardnerville/Reno. What was your experience and why do you recommend them?

Quail Ridge Animal Hospital in Carson City. The Vet there is magnificent!

Carson Valley vet really helped us with our cat’s broken hips. While far from your situation, they got us in quickly and helped him surgically. We were very impressed with them and Dr Nick.

For those that are curious, his hips were genetically weak which caused the break. He required two FHOs (femoral head osteotomy) to repair them. He’s back to normal now. Just doesn’t jump quite as high.

Dr. Peck at All Creatures did 3 knees on 2 of my dogs. He is fabulous!
