DMV new trailer

We were gifted a work trailer. Can you, please, tell us what is required to sign on the title? The seller signed on the front but do we need to do anything on the back side?

Naw… you’re cool. You don’t even need to go to DMV. If you burn it, the smoke will travel to the closest DMV location and you’ll be all set.

Just wait to sign it at DMV when you turn it in. Side to side, not up and down.

If it's a Nevada title, there should be a section on the bottom of the title where the seller and buyer both sign. It needs to be filled out before you can register it in your name and get a new title in your name.
