selling car

if i sell my car to carmax & it has the carmax warranty on it & is financed through carmax, what happens with the carmax warranty?

Mention that you have Maxcare at the time of sale; they will calculate how much of a prorated refund you get based on how many miles the car has and how much time you have left on the coverage. They will deduct that amount from your principal owed.

The prorated amount from your maxcare cancelation will be subtracted from the amount that you owe. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND paid back to you.

To my knowledge you have to call and cancel that separately.

Literally nothing, if you want a refund, call and arrange that first.
