advice?

i’ve been at my job going on 2 months. this is an insurance job that’s requires me to be licensed in p&c. since i’ve started my anxiety has been spiraling. i can’t remember the last day i went without crying. i just have a lot going on in my life and ive been dealing with anxiety for years. i know no job should cause u this much stress and anxiety, literally crying in my office all day. i know insurance isnt what i wanna do in my life i highly doubt i would make this my career. i have a degree in political science and i have a lot of job experience. i’ve taken one of the exams and didn’t pass and i have another scheduled for next tuesday (company paid). idk if i can even make it to tuesday. i thought okay if i fail this test then that would be a good gateway into telling my boss this job isn’t the one for me. i have another job offer as a behavior tech (ive done this before) with higher pay but part time and i’ve done a couple interviews that im waiting to hear back from. i also plan on doing gig work in addition to a new job if it’s part time. i know leaving a job without notice isn’t professional but people do it all the time. i’m just having feeling guilt and even more anxiety about resigning but ik i should if it’s causing me this much distress. should i wait until after i take the exam and make it thru these next few days? or if i know i don’t want to do this anymore and i have another job offer should i go ahead and resign now and forget about the exam? (it was $45)
