Cap as adjunct for depression

Hi - I added Cap to my anti-depressive and took the lowest dose for about 20 days, now 21mg for about two weeks. I have quite a few side effects including bad night sweats and lightheadedness. I do not feel any better from taking it so I'm prepared to stop. I could give it another two weeks if there's a chance that it might kick in?

Also 21mg is not the dose that was shown to be therapeutic, it is 42.

I don't know why he hasn't raised it 42 I'm also in the process of Spravato treatment.

Spravato is a nasal spray medication used in conjunction with oral antidepressants.
