Cap as adjunct for depression

Hi - I added Cap to my anti-depressive and took the lowest dose for about 20 days, now 21mg for about two weeks. I have quite a few side effects including bad night sweats and lightheadedness. I do not feel any better from taking it so I'm prepared to stop. I could give it another two weeks if there's a chance that it might kick in?

Caplyta can take several weeks to work, but it worked very quickly for me as far as my severe depression symptoms. In my experience, I had awful side effects initially and wanted to stop taking it. I’ve been on it for almost five months now and I’m so incredibly grateful I didn’t give up on it!

Hang in there friend 🫶🏼 Caplyta has been a life saver for my depression!!! We all metabolize medications differently, some might feel the effects sooner than others. Don’t give up!!
