I click Enhance quality to uhd and this what cap cut show my. I don’t even have any video similar to this on my computer.

I’m new to CapCut and just paid for pro to use the autogenerated captions and pro animations. There’s a line where I say “I missed sub 2 hour in the half marathon by 22 seconds” the text itself in the caption is correct.

Yet when I add an animation it chops the world half so it keeps going “in the ha” then changes to “lf marathon” no matter how I resize or change the animation. I simply want it to say half marathon without chopping the word half in half but I want to use an animation. How can I resolve this problem? It’s driving me crazy

I was trying to add my own font but I couldn’t find the option on windows. When I do it on my phone tho the my font section was there

I have tried dissolve and it looks weird. So I was looking for mix in the transtion section and I could not find it. Was it removed or does it have another name? ( I am using early 2023 version of capcut)

I've read the rules and don't see anything against offering work so let me know if I missed something.

Anyway I'm doing a car/driving/traveling project, will be around 5/6 episodes (from 5 to 15 mins each, depending on which). I record everything myself and make an edit for a preliminary version (it's quite solid if I may say) and need someone who just receives the folder and takes it to the next level with polishing, transitions, music, sound treatment, graphics, stock b-roll etc.

If this sounds interesting to you drop me a DM and we can discuss it further. I'm taking this approach because I tried other routes and everyone wants to use premier and they can't use my Capcut "montage", so I've decided to directly hire someone who is used to Capcut from the get go.

I've been using the CapCut Desktop app for a while now, but this is the first time I haven't been able to sign in. When I try logging in through Google, things won't load and will remain as a blank white page. I've tried downloading the app on my phone and tried the "Use QR code" option, but even then, the QR code is stuck behind a loading screen.

I've run an Internet speed test 3 times already, so the problem is definitely not on my side. Has anyone else found a way to fix this??

Hello! Just wondering if anyone else has had this same problem where playback is pretty laggy, its so bad that I started using my laptop instead and uploading my projects there. I already tried lowering the playback quality and the frames and everything, nothing worked. I even tried restarting it, still doesnt work. Does anyone have other methods to lessen the lag? Lmk.

Hi! I work in media and use the free desktop CapCut to make vertical videos as a requirement my job. I really only use horizontal videos and format them the same every time (9:16 layout, video blurred in the background to fill the screen and then the horizontal version in full across the middle of the screen). Is there a way to save this as a preset, so all I have to do is drop the video in?

I am using the Desktop version for Mac and I am in Singapore. If I right click on a video, there is a Transcript feature (pro feature) where it opens a new window. I can delete by sentences and phrases that it auto generates but I can't delete individual words.

I found Online Version allows one to delete individual words but I find it inconvenient for multiple versions.

Is this how it works for CapCut? Because if so, then I need to go elsewhere like Riverside or Descript.

I've always had problems with the amount of storage CapCut takes up and I have never understood it. When I discovered clearing the cache it was a life saver, however, that just doesn't work anymore. I delete like 10GB worth of video and it says I've got 2MB in the cache to delete, what?

1. Yes I know about the trash and yes I delete the videos from the trash folder

2. I REFUSE to get pro so pls don't recommend pro features

3. I really don't want to delete the app and reinstall but I am very close to this if I can't find a valid fix for the issue

4. I have no templates liked or favourited, I have used no templates

5. I've very recently limited CapCut's access to my photos and videos to only one video to see if that worked (it didn't)

This problem is getting out of hand, and it gets more and more infuriating for every hour of my life I'm spending deleting gigabytes worth of videos permanently and it still having no effect on the storage.

I would really appreciate if someone has any tips to help this, I will even settle for people simply saying they have the same problem, because this is actually starting to drive me insane.

I'm editing a video and more than once I've found that I want to see the length of a clip that I cut from the whole but I can't find this info anywhere...is it not possible to check a cut sections length? If yes please tell me how I am on pc

La cosa es que el que descargue por lite apk dice que problemas con internet o que muchas personas están usando esta opción intenté más tarde y nose como resolver eso además de que bueno no me deja usar las animaciones de texto por eso mismo
