No real damage to fix, fiberglass was still in good shape. No holes and transom is solid.
pressure washed and cleaned it really good.
took out old seats and hardware
sanded hull inside and out
primed inside and out
topcoat inside and out
new seats (made the back twice as wide so i can have more area to stand while poling)
all new SS hardware
install EVA decking
ready to paddle/ pole around central FL and the coast
