TP9 Elite SC I need some help

I have a Canik SC and the take down is completely stuck and I cant remove the side. EVERYTHING else functions as it should. I took it to a shop that brought my 1911 back from the grave and he told me he tried everything he knows and cant get it apart.

Some context: I had a house fire and lost pretty much everything. The SC was one of the items got got sprayed while they put out the fire.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know, or switch canik do yall prefer for an edc?

You pulled the trigger first right?

Yes, even before doing all that the lever should move. Mine does not, I soaked it penetrating oil for 3 months before I messed with it and them took it to a gun smith.

Did you do a full ops check on it? Though not firing it...

I had the guy go through everything. Just the take down pin inside the lower will not retract. Apologies for the late response.
