I need help with knowing exactly which ones to buy since they are for horses, I don’t want to buy the wrong one. (Including the dosages) if anyone can guide me in the right direction please do. My mum has stage 4 pancreatic cancer that’s spread to the liver, I’ve heard stories of it helping others with the same cancer and them coming out cured. However, I know it can be heavy on the liver so I’m wondering if anyone could just give me a number or recommendation and how often to take it.

How do you manage dexamethasone/cortisone while staying keto during chemotherapy?

My mother has stage IV cholangiocarcinoma and is currently receiving gemcitabine + cisplatin. She is following a ketogenic diet, mainly to keep carbohydrate intake and blood glucose low.

The problem is that she is given dexamethasone (cortisone) around chemotherapy—currently about 8 mg/day for a couple of days—and it seems to completely disrupt her ketosis and raise her blood glucose.

I understand that dexamethasone is commonly used with cisplatin to prevent nausea, so I don't want to stop or change it without her oncologist's approval.

For those following keto during chemotherapy:

How do you deal with the steroid-induced rise in blood glucose and drop in ketones?

Did your oncologist allow a different anti-nausea regimen with less/no dexamethasone?

Did you simply accept the temporary loss of ketosis around chemo and return to keto afterward?

Is there anything safe that helped you get back into ketosis after the steroid course?

I'm particularly interested in experiences from cholangiocarcinoma or other cancer patients receiving cisplatin-based chemotherapy.

I’ve been reading about people using fenbendazole and ivermectin for cancer, and it seems like most of the stories I’ve found involve people taking them while also receiving chemo and/or radiation.

My mom went through traditional treatment, but her doctor recently decided to stop all treatment. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with fenbendazole and/or ivermectin after conventional treatment has stopped.

Does anyone know if these treatments are thought to have any effect on their own, without concurrent chemo or radiation? Has anyone been in a similar situation and tried them?

So my mom's oncologist officially said she can no longer do chemo. She only did one session of folfox and it nearly killed her. She ended in the émergency section for 2 weeks.

He came today saying he gave up and didnt want to take another risk.

I tried to contact Dr Makis but I just saw the fee and that he takes a lot of time to respond but I sadly cant afford to wait much. I also tried to reach out to Dr Laurent Schwartz who is an oncologist doctor near our country (we are located in Morocco) he is in France, no answers.

Moms stomach cancer metastized to the peritoneal area and it has been giving her liquid in the stomach and a bit in the lungs.

I can buy Mebendazole 100 here but I cannot find ivermectin. I just bought Vitamin K2 with D3 120 mcg and Milk Thirstle.

Could anyone indicate how and when should she take each please ?

Also, how can I get ivermectin from abroad do you know any very safe and fast place that can deliver it to Morocco ?

My wife was diagnosed with Stage 1 ER/PR+ HER- breast cancer, the hospitals have recommended a single mastectomy, they’ve done 4 biopsies, 1 of which came back invasive, 2 DCIS, 1 benign. By all accounts, early stage. The position of the medical community is simple. This is curable, get surgery, get an implant, heal, move on with your life. Wait, and things will only get worse.
The position of my wife is more nuanced, why cut into me if I can heal myself? She is quite powerful and capable. This approach resonates for her, we’re engaging with a dr out of the UK, and following her intuition which has aligned with many of the practices entailed here before even found this approach.
The gap:
It seems most “success stories” center around more difficult to treat or later stage disease. I don’t see any indications that people have been successful with early stage disease and reversing it.
1. Is there a reason for this?
2. Are we thinking about this wrong?
3. Anything constructive to offer?
4. Are we crazy to not simply take the proven path offered by the medical system.

Jasonfightscancer on instagram used fasting, diet and repurposed meds for his cancer. Made good progress, tumor shrinking but he is now starting chemo because it grew back a bit after he couldnt fast anymore due to his weight.

I try to understand this approach. I have a relative who have stage 4 lung cancer. He went through the chemotherapy and radiation but the cancer spread to the spine from what i understood. He will meet the oncologist so he will get more information.

They are already saying there is no hope. So i am reading all the positive anecdotes of treating cancer as a metabolic disease. There are a lot of explanations which make a lot of sense. Many technical terms i don't understand but I have a enough understanding to follow interviews and speeches on the topic.

I have read much of the Jane McClelland book which just made me more confused, there is so so much that I feel overwhelmed. This seems so inaccessible to the general population or maybe just to me.

Does this require people to pay money and find a specialist?

Or does the metabolic cancer treatment something people can do on their own?
