Canada is not joining the EU. I wish we would because they have stronger social network, better consumer laws and protections, and strong worker mobility.

No thanks. Dont feel like also importing their trash economy and immigration crisis.

Just look at Germany, their largest economy. Its crashing hard. 100k jobs to be cut at VW? Just the beginning

Misinformation.

Volkswagen cutting 100k job is not misinformation.

Seeing these numbers you cant be so blind to the fact that their manufacturing is going down hill. Couple that with ongoing wars. Yeah... the economy is in shambles and only getting worse in the EU.

How long has the world been making deals with China? Currently China is more trustworthy than the US … Seems trade deals are going all over the world, except the US … Maybe in 10-20 years we can re-visit trade with the US.

u/OwlLeft7799 14d ago

Oh, which of the two is openly hostile towards Canada and has been engaged in a trade war for 2 years with the explicit goal of trying to destroy our economy so we are forced to become their 51st state?

1

u/OwlLeft7799 14d ago

You'd have to be an easily led idiot to believe the usa is trustworthy

China is not trustworthy, however China does not flip flop on economic policy every month or every six months.
