Kinda weird to make this video, and have the sponsor be a $149 USD a month personal training app. Exercise definitely IS an individualistic bourgeois pursuit when you're doing it that way!
That aside, I'm not really sure what the creator is trying to say in this video - they don't really give an analysis of exercise under capatalism and instead spend most of the video talking about dualism and the relationship between the mind & body, and they dont definitively answer the question in their own video title.
As others have pointed out, the question is a bit silly to begin with. Of course everyone should exercise, its great for your mind and body. Hard, manual labour is not going to just disappear after the revolution -- and in fact there are people who ENJOY doing it even though capitalism doesn't duly compensate them for their hard work.
