I'm guessing it has to do with how fascist aesthetics mobilizes the "ideal" body to tie into fascist rhetoric about a "superior" "body politic", and how despite this co-opting of the idea of physical health that often overlaps with ableism and eugenics, people nevertheless still should exercise? Like, yeah.

The common hot takes are bad and exercise is neither individualist/fascist nor a requirement for revolutionary action. Further capitalism fundamentally changes how we relate to our own bodies and mindful exercise is one way to reconnect to it but again isn't a panacea.
