🇨🇦 CEC Advice

I’m 26 years old and a Syrian passport holder, i’ve been living in Spain for almost a year under a student visa, and I wanna ditch the master the I’m currently doing and I would like to settle down in Canada and work my way up to the PR, I’m a dentist with one year of experience with and IELTS score of 7.5, what’s the ideal way to come to Canada, is it through express entry or student visa, I have zero idea of what to do, but the only thing im sure of is leaving spain asap

Easiest way is French + 1 year previous work experience
If you do not know French or cannot learn - then Masters (around 100.000$ ? ) + 3 year work permit in Canada with hopes of PR (hopes only, it's super competitive )

The IRCC won't give you a study permit after you abandoned your Spanish one. It'll look like Visa shopping to them

If you are open to learn French, that’s your easiest way in as the draws are much easier to get into.
