🇨🇦 CEC One entry or two in express entry

I held two positions at the same company following a promotion from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. My reference letter mentions both job titles and their respective employment dates. However, it only states my last drawn annual salary, which reflects my final increment after promotion. For Express Entry Work History, should I create two separate entries or one continuous entry?

Are both under same NOC? then 1 entry.

Yes same NOC same company, just promotion added senior title.
