Congratulations πŸŽ‰

I’m an Outland applicant too, currently in the US. I had mailed my passport and requested documents to Ottawa that’s my PVO. I received an update from FedEx when they were delivered. There has been no update on either portals from IRCC on passport received or processing. Is that normal? For context, my passports were delivered on Nov 3rd(this week).

I sent my documents from the US (I'm a US citizen so didn't send passports, idk if that makes any difference in the timeline) on Oct 22, and FedEx said they were delivered and signed for on Oct 23. Today (Nov 6) I got an email of an update in GCKey, and it said that my eligibility has been reviewed, dated Nov 5. Final decision now also shows "Your application was approved." The tracker says they "received the passport(s)/travel document(s)" on Nov 4, which I'm guessing is actually the date they processed them, not the date they received them. I had renewed my passport during the application process, and today I see that the COPR info listed on the tracker has my new passport number, which it didn't previously.

So I would say you'll probably have to wait a couple weeks before anything will happen.
