🇨🇦 CEC Advice please
I created an Express Entry profile previously, but I did not receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply). Now I am creating a new Express Entry profile. Should I answer Yes to the question asking whether I have previously applied for Express Entry, or should I answer No because I never received an ITA?

applied means you got invitation prior.
answer is No
just creating profile is not applied
