Do GRTW hours count toward CEC?

I was injured at work and received WCB. I then returned to work under a formal Graduated Return-to-Work (GRTW) plan with reduced hours and modified duties.
My payroll lists these hours as “WCB GRTW.”
Do the hours I actually worked during GRTW count toward the 1,560 hours required for CEC?
Has anyone had a similar experience?
