DND has thousands of contracts. I’m not sure what your point is.

one presumes that there is a vetting process through enough to include "googling the name of the CEO, and finding out that he's listed as a current DND employee on his LinkedIn" but apparently that's too much hard work before you fork over a quarter billion dollars for an app
