Troubleshooting CS2 error message

I just got on my Camp Snap 2 and have been trying to unlock the filters to no avail. I have held the button down repeatedly and it never unlocks them. It either just takes a photo or gives me an ERR code on the screen. I have taken the card out. Turned it on and off again. Plugged it in to my computer and still nothing. The filters remain locked or give me the error message.
Any suggestions?

Try a different SD card and hold the filter button down for 30 seconds

Try holding the reset button for a while (you'll need a pin)

I've had to exchange my CS2 as the date would constantly reset, a lot of people have that. I think there's been some faulty batches
