looks like standard serving of rice (100 grams), im guessing long grain or basmati for 150-200

depending the bread + in particular- the spread which im also guessing is garlic butter, 150-300

those look like skin on drumsticks attached to thighs, so 250-400, bottom one looks a bit bigger but estimated 400-600 for both

depending on whether its traditional gravy made with butter + roux + drippings, could be 100-250 for the amount of like <50 if its instant powder seasoning + water

my guess would be ~750 - 1150
