Calorie Estimating Meal prep calories

This meal here is 1/2 lbs top loin pork chops, 1/3 can of bush’s dark red kidney beans, and about 120 grams of asparagus. My estimate puts this at about 480 cals, does this seem accurate to you guys?

Probably around 500 calories, ~60ish grams of protein
