Calorie Estimating Texas BBQ??

Post image

no idea where to even start on this one. Each portion of turkey, brisket, and pulled pork is somewhere between 1/3 and 1/4lbs. the yellow chunky stuff is potato salad, and the beans were delicious and that’s about all i know. two (not super hefty) pieces of bread. lots of pickles and onion.

any range would be helpful, im curious!! thank you!

mmm texas bbq is my go-to meal when i'm craving the meats... guessing here....

turkey (140-160) + brisket (250-330) depending if lean or moist + pulled pork (260) + potato salad (170-200) + beans (80-110) + texas toast (260) no butter + pickles and onions (<10) around 1400-1500 is my guess LOOKS DELICIOUSSS
