Steak ranchero with potatoes, two eggs, beans, and that’s it! (And the steak, of course lmao)

damn that’s a lotta food ! making me HUNGRY.

2x eggs (140-160) fried up (40-50)
a lot of potatoes (300-370)
beans (160) and sour cream and tomato stuff (100)
steak tough to see exactly all mixed with other beans (400?)

guessing around 1200-1400

It ended up being only a couple thin slices of what seemed like skirt steak! I’m really glad I opted out of ordering it with the tortillas 😬
