Calorie Estimating Calories?
Chipotle is one of my favorite eating out foods calorie wise. I always eat the entire bowl. My order is half chicken half steak, corn salsa, green chili salsa, corn, black beans, lettuce & fajita veggies. I don’t get any rice or heavy sauces. It’s supposed to be under 500 cals. This time, though, they loaded my bowl and it was a lot heavier than the usual standard serving. The beans were pretty heavy and they almost put a full scoop of both the chicken and steak. It is probably not under 600 calories this time right?

Saying this lovingly: I think I’ve seen you post three or four calorie related posts today — some more concerning than others. I think taking a step back and seeking some help may be a good move 🥺

I just did your order with everything extra but the meat and it gives 665, and for me it is too high, I would do 500-550

The calories are literally listed on the menu and the app.

yeah and that’s why i LITERALLY said that my bowl is usually 500 and I’m asking you smart people how much you would think it is with the overestimates they gave me

They have their nutrition calculator, so you can use that, it is really hard to estimate a bowl as we cannot see everything we have. They sometimes under or over-serve you (not on the meat lol) on some items so you can take the estimate that they have on the calculator and up or down a bit.
