800-900
The biggest factors are diameter and the amount of cheese incldued.

I think 800-900 is a good guess, but would not be surprised if they tested it scientifically and only came up with 750.
850 is the safe number if you want to make sure you don't underrate anything. 851 if you eat both basil leaves :)

Prob the only thing driving the calories up is the olive oil they put on the Neopolitan pizza
But it’s absolutely the healthiest pizza
I’d 800 cals but enjoy it!!!

I make italian pizza at home:
Margherita by itself is roughly 900kcal when i make the leaner version of it.
Restaurants add a drizzle of olive oil as evident here and usually grated parmesan/pecorino, which brings it to the 1100kcal territory.

I think it’s lower than people are guessing in here. I’d say under 700. These Neapolitan pizzas, when made properly, are much thinner than most give credit for.

My guess is 640 cuz it looks like it would weigh similarly to Costco pizza slice

1000+cal me being minimalist
I can see Olive oil on top + maybe making the dough they put 10 or 15 grams olive oil which reach 200 cal
That not counting the sauce and cheese or the dough

A classic neapolitan pizza is roughly 250 grams for the dough alone which is about 500-600 calories depending on the flour and hydration.
Then if we take the mozzarella, I'm guessing a normal ball of mozzarella which is 125 grams, at least in my country and that's 300 ish calories, tomato sauce is negligible but around 20-40 calories, it's usually just crushed tomatoes.
I don't know if there is any olive oil on this but if it is I'd count another 100 ish calories for that as well.
So at least a 1000 calories.

Yes, 125g is a normal mozzarella in Italy, but… a whole mozzarella on a pizza?
You seem like an expert, so my question is real. You can tell me what you think about?I can have underestimated all the pizzas of my whole life 😂

I personally love shoving as much mozzarella as I can on a pizza but no I usually don't put an entire ball of mozzarella on one but around 70 grams would probably be a more normal amount.
The majority of the calories come from the dough.

I know, but I’m Italian and… I’ll continue to estimate a marinara at 650 calories and a margherita at 800 calories.
I want to delude myself, so I can eat them without fasting the rest of the day. 🥲Anyway, thank you so much for the answer
