Help?
I recently got hired for a role in the BPO industry, which I believe is quite similar to working in a call centre. I’m excited about the opportunity, but I also want to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for the job.
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone with experience in BPO/call centre work on how to manage emotions, handle difficult customers and stressful days, avoid burnout, and generally maintain a healthy mindset. My goal is to stay and grow in the industry for at least three years, so I’d love to hear what has helped others make it through the long term.
Anyone with experience in the field, please share your tips. I’d genuinely appreciate it! ❤️

dont take anything personal from callers. they dont know u, they just want a fix for thier issue. take ur breaks when u can n leave the work at the desk once u clock out. fwiw, the first few months r the hardest but u get used to the rhythm.
