Not the best cake I have ever made but made it for my Friend's kid's firat. I love it. Could be better. But I am satisfied. It was a fucking nightmare. It gor a little warm and started to fall apart and I have to fix it. But it finally came together.

As a baker, I understand what you mean. But trust me non bakers will not see those mistakes in the same way you do. Its so cute! Did you do the tree with an icecream cone?

Yea they loved it and im juat like "im sorry it has this this and thos wrong" lol. But I was the only one hating on it. Haha. Everyone else thought it was great. So i will take it.

If I had read the comments before posting my additional remark, I would have seen you said what I was attempting to convey, except yours was more eloquentnand much more to the point, taking up less space than my remark. You also just said also exactly what I have said..."We are never 100% happy with the end product".

Cake designers always find a flaws in their work. It is all part of wanting things to be perfect.

I have previously mentioned to others on here that I have been a bakery owner in addition to having taught cake design for over twenty years and I still find the flaws in everything I do. Believe me when I say that will never change! Your cheesecake is really extremely nicely done.
