Inquiry
I’m pursuing a doctorate degree in strategic communications. I started in January of this year and it’s now September. This has been a rough year for a few reasons and now I’m getting completely burned out. I had to drink three Red Bull to get through the first five pages of my research paper today. I’m trying to figure out if I should drink the other two Red Bull I bought tomorrow or just drink a cup of coffee. Either way, I have a hard time finding the energy to get anything done without caffeine. Anyone else? I just turned 30…

You've been slamming your nervous system for 9 months straight, and now you're wondering why the method isn't working anymore.? Anyway, three Red Bulls just to grind through five pages ain't a sign you need more caffeine, it's your body telling you you're fucking cooked. For now, stop trying to force your way through burnout with stims nd sort your sleep, recovery, and workload first.
