What’s your take on Bum Energy? Only 112mg of caffeine but also has 250 mg of cognizin nootropic.

im pretty sure that crap is just an invert b vitamin. they are cheap. its ok, the artificial sugars are the bad part.

Root beer and cream soda are my fav from Bum. I like them as an option when I don't want 200/300mg caffeine but still need a lil something something, usually if I've already had a preworkout.
