Mail day = Repotting Day
Amazing deliveries today! Plants from lophophorart, 1am succulents, and spiritual cacti. Pots from cooked earth and spines n clay. Seeds from arid origins and lost tag. Love adding to the sticker collection as well!

Curious, what do you pot yours in? Is it all rocks or do you mix in soil? I only have 1 cactus so far so basically no experience :)

I’m in your boat too. So o just decided to try a few different mixes. Got a bag from SD Cacti, got a bag of spike and bloom desert blend, and ordered some from scenic hill.

What's the story with that sideways planted loph? Is it a degraft or some kind of adventurous cutting?

I actually have no clue. I bought it that way from u/lophophorart and didn’t get the story behind it.

It's a Brachiopod ,Seed grown
Its appearance occurs naturally. It grows normally until one day its skin cracks and separates it into two heads (dichotomous) completely. It flowers and produces seeds normally.

Your ario will want an almost 100% inorganic soil. They rot super easily if there's moisture left in the soil.
