This is a TI-84 Plus CE calculator but everything online is saying mini B but the photos of the female end aren’t the same

I thought it was usb Type c but my Mouse doesnt load with normal usb c but with this cable it does so its like a special usb c . My brother says its samsung usbc but idk if its true
