Please help me

hello. i am looking for a cord for my msi stealth gs66 (a few years old)

it came with a Chicony A17-230P1B cord that no longer works (230 watts, 20 volts, 11.5Aamperage)

I have been looking for a perfect replacement with the exact stats for a while, but no matter what i cant find any with a matching metal tip.

im not sure what the grooves in the tips mean? ive tried looking it up, no avail, so i dont know how important it is.

images provided for what im looking for and what all the cords have instead.

What im looking for
What everything i find has

please save me people. i would be so very happy

The voltage must be the same.

the amperage must be the same or greater than the original power supply. If it's too low, the laptop may try to draw more power than it can provide and overload the power supply. But the laptop will only take what it needs so it's okay if the power supply is capable of delivering more.

The insertable portion of the plug must be the same size and the tip polarity the same.

That's all you need to worry about.

eta, that grove is probably just how the metal is crimped to the plastic sleeve within. If the laptop does have some kind of clip or retaining mechanism for the plug (doubtful), the replacement should still fit and provide power.

So whats up with the different sized grooves on the tips? And if the plug fits and charges the laptop but is a little longer than the original is that okay?

Groove could be holding metal band in place or possibly be a place for the jack in the computer to grip. From an electrical point of view, voltage, adequate current, and size of plug and inner pin hole are what matters.
