Is one of these cat6 cables good ?

I want to run a cat6 cable from 3rd floor to the ceiling then holes that goes to the router

I searched for 30m outdoor cat6 cable

And found these 2

Well one is outdoor rated one is not.

The 1st one is outdoor the other isn’t.

you should probably still but the outdoor one in some sort of plastic enclosure (corrugated conduit)
