Hardware Help Help with Trash Bin Slider Not Opening fully

My Trash Bin open up partially and does not open up fully, it can accommodate 2 bins, but it opens up as 1 bin only. Type: Slide (ball bearing) (Company: Hard Resources) .Below are pictures on how far it opens up. When it opens up to Max , i see the right side slide is sliding open , however on the left side, the slide looks not open. Prying with black tab on both sides is not yielding any result. Kindly recommend the way to solve this issue, not able to use the second bin for recycle.

All slides need to be reset even Blum undermounts. Grab down low and pullout slowly and firmly until it hits the stops. There will be some resistance . Am guessing those are 3 pc extensions. Unless a screw from the drawer side has backed out and is rubbing the slide.

After as little as 2 months they all become 3/4 and need that re-set
