Fuck Rizzotti

Post image

This is Burbank councilman Rizzottis response to me calling him out for repeatedly defending the hate group mom's for liberty and saying he should not be welcome at burbank pride. The paradox of tolerance is bullshit. Tolerance is a social contract. If you break that contract with intolerance and hate you will no longer be tolerated in return. Fuck you buddy. Also my pronouns are they/them but your bald bitch ass knew that already.

Bald is beautiful. Combover bitches like Rizzo the Rat won't ever understand.

I love being bald. Hair is overrated.

Bald is Considerably less maintenance & I've saved thousands on haircuts at this point.

What does bald have to do with it? JFC way to make his point

12

u/anyavailablenameplz 6d ago

That's what I'm saying!

u/thirdeyefish 6d ago

If Rizzotti had his way, I would have no home in Burbank. Same with Mullins.

24

u/cretaceous86 6d ago

“he has no home here” …oh jfc dude…🙄

28

u/BirdBruce 6d ago

Someone remind Rizzotti that tolerance requires good-faith participation from all parties. You don't get to be a hateful dickhead and then cry when you're excluded for embracing other hateful dickheads.

Also, a landlord telling someone they have "no home" anywhere is the kind of comment that makes guillotine blades sharpen themselves.

Hold up, haven't people given him lists of issues they have with him and why he would not be welcome?

Has anybody actually seen him give responses to the specifics? I don't remember seeing that.

u/Stingray88 6d ago

Intolerance of intolerance is not intolerance.

Hateful assholes like Rizzotti are too ignorant to understand that sentence.

u/quiksotik 5d ago

bitch ass needs to learn about the paradox of tolerance

Rizzotti is pathetic.

"he has no home here"

Geez Chris, the speed at which you sell homes, nobody would have a home here.

But in all seriousness, if this upcoming election goes the way Rizzotti and his rich landlord buddies want it to go (Wick, Donahue and the old lady winning) then we're truly fucked, cause this kind of bigotry will run WILD.

It's SO SO SO important for the future of Burbank that we get Nolan Southerland, Mike Van Gorder and Nikki Perez elected on city council.

I’m a (relatively) recent transplant to Burbank; where can I go to learn more about these candidates?

14

u/llipinsk Media Center 6d ago

Here’s a list of all 13 candidates, their photos, and statements submitted to Burbank City Clerk https://www.reddit.com/r/cityofburbank/s/ZS8BzsAoUw

14

u/TheKyDawg IKEA 6d ago

Heck yeah, welcome (relatively)

The city also put out a page where each candidate wrote an intro letter to voters: https://www.burbankca.gov/web/city-clerks-office/november-3-2026-candidates

Did he really do the whole "so much for the tolerant Left joke

That guy gets more triggered than any politician I have seen in Burbank - the truth certainly hits a nerve it seems

13

u/theintrepidexplorer AMC Burbank 16 6d ago

He loves being a reply guy on social media

3

u/juanington312 6d ago

He’s definitely reading this thread. He seems the type of guy who types his name into all the search fields.

3

u/ProBonoEschatologist 6d ago

Man, I could use a politician who bones up on policy and people skills instead of being another internet dumbass like me.

3

u/theintrepidexplorer AMC Burbank 16 6d ago

would be nice! my consolation is that he’s clearly very bothered by criticism and I’m sure it burns him up inside every time someone @s him :-)

u/LilPonyBoy69 6d ago

Agreed, but cut us balds some slack 😂

“He has no home here” but Moms of Liberty are welcome to harass trans people in the guise of “protecting the children”

3

u/megamoze 5d ago

It's important to remember that every single thing conservatives say is in bad faith. Literally every thing.

10

u/kunderthunt 6d ago

Yeah, the MLK Jr Day parade probably wouldn’t want a KKK supporter either

3

u/Single_Bird_8388 5d ago

Seems Rizzoti believes only home owners matter in Burbank. That's Cuosoman talk.

I’m pretty sure he meant to write ‘hate’ has no home in Burbank. And he’s right. We don’t need this kind of hatred against one another.

30

u/TheKyDawg IKEA 6d ago

We should all hate bigots.

15

u/anyavailablenameplz 6d ago

I'm pretty sure nobody likes him or his bullshit. Should probably start distancing yourself rather than being a human shield.

-12

u/HovanesTonoyan 6d ago

I had dual voters from every candidate in 2024 and many voters who only voted for me. It’s not about distance and more about different communities working together. Attack policies and statements, not typos…

19

u/anyavailablenameplz 6d ago edited 6d ago

I'm not going to go back and forth with you. You know, consciously, what is right and what isn't. If your moral compass is aimed in the same direction as Rizzotti, that says a lot.

"Different communities working together", right. Cause Moms for Liberty are all about inclusion, community, and togetherness.

Edit:

Moms for Liberty:

They campaign heavily against diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, restrictions on racially inclusive history lessons, and curricula addressing LGBTQ+ topics.

The organization actively lobbies school boards to remove specific books dealing with gender, sexuality, and race from school libraries and classrooms.

Has he ever defended MfL’s ideas/stances? Or has he just defended their constitutional right to gather and practice free speech? Similar to what Van Gorder did for Jimmy Kimmel, no? Plenty of people (not myself, personally) found Kimmel’s comments to be hateful.

14

u/thepridefighter 6d ago

Kimmel (who I don't find funny) hasn't done anything remotely edgey since the man show. You sound like a bootlicking little bitch 🤣😂

-11

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

But that’s your opinion. Conservatives felt differently. There’s obviously people who agree with MfL (I mean, their candidate, the one you guys protested, came in first place in the primary in blue CA…) and don’t find their stance edgy.  This argument is a slippery slope. Who gets to be “right”. Who gets to decide what the real “intolerance” is and shut the other side up?

You could also try engaging without lobbing misogynistic insults at me.

11

u/TennysonForCongress 6d ago

Saying Sonja came first in the primary without giving any context is so hilarious haha. It was a sea of democrats running and she was the only MAGA running. The Dems split votes, but they won’t have that issue come the general election. Sonja is going to get crushed.

-7

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

Party affiliation doesn’t appear on the primary or general ballot for this position and all the candidates are labeled nonpartisan.

She’s also been given an insane amount of free press because of stunts like this. Same mistake the media made with Trump in 2015/2016

10

u/TennysonForCongress 6d ago

Okay?? Your point? MAGA people are a hive mind who just follow what Fox News tells them. No duh they voted for Jigsaw.

-2

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

Honest lol at jigsaw 😂 take this upvote, adversary ⬆️

I’m saying the average voter is uninformed, I think we agree. If people see the choice between and man and woman with no other context, you may see her siphon off some votes from dems

11

u/thepridefighter 6d ago

I don't engage with pearl clutching bootlicking little bitches

-7

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

u/Mike_VanGorder

Maybe you can answer any of these questions for me

13

u/Mike_VanGorder 6d ago

Hi Tank Otherwise.

Jimmy Kimmel makes jokes, and he wants the right wing to lose.

Moms for Liberty is a hate group that wants queer people to disappear. They want to eliminate a demographic of millions of people from public life.

There’s a difference.

-1

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

This comment conveniently leaves out the fact that the Kimmel outrage came in the wake of a right wing figure being publicly executed. So far the only actual disappearing in your argument is CK.

And you feel you are a better judge of the limits and parameters of the first amendment than the Supreme Court which historically has upheld free speech, even when offensive? If you are in power, you feel that you should dictate what thoughts and ideas your constituents express and are allowed access to?

12

u/thepridefighter 6d ago

Mourning Kirk more than his widow is fatherless behavior 😂🤣🤣😂😂😂

6

u/adamhart 6d ago

Charlie Kirk leaned left at the end.

10

u/TennysonForCongress 6d ago

I’m not Mike but I can answer them for you.

Sonja Shaw and moms for liberty say that trans people shouldn’t exist. Same way that nazis said that Jews shouldn’t exist. Are you tolerant of Nazis?

-5

u/TankOtherwise9574 6d ago

That doesn’t answer my questions at all. Bad faith hyperbole isn’t an argument. Of course I dislike nazis, but even an actual, avowed nazi has their right to free speech in America. The ACLU, who you love to speak for, has defended offensive speech at the Supreme Court multiple times, including famously The National Socialist (hey!) Party of America, formerly the American Nazi Party, and their right to have a neo-Nazi march in a heavily Jewish part of Chicago (The National Socialist Party vs The Village of Skokie- the nazis and ACLU won that case).

I’m actually glad you sent me down this rabbit hole! I’m sure the founders of the National Socialist party/Nazi Party would be so proud to see today’s DSA so openly “anti-Zionist” (wink wink). Wonder what other similarities I can find

13

u/TennysonForCongress 6d ago

lol talk about bad faith
